I have recently been introduced to the work of Penelope Trunk from one of my very loyal followers. If you have never read any of Penelope Trunk’s blog posts, you really should give them a try. She has a very unique way of writing. Her most recent post, Workplace News You Cannot Use, proves that point.
When you were younger your mother probably said to you, “If you don’t have anything good to say, don’t say anything”. This is basically what I got out of Penelope’s post. When I am writing a blog post or a newsletter article, I try to write something that has meaning, something that you can learn from. Content is king, as they say. I hope I am giving you useful information. Please let me know what you think.
